Applying Ashely Banjo's Secret Street Crew knowledge in Daily Life, that's the secret!

What I love about watching the television? Those reality shows that project the story of ordinary human beings, not only the superstars.
At least, those shows tell me that, 'uncelebrities' also dare to talk, act and sing in front of the camera. Amazing!

Two days ago, I watched Ashley Banjo's  Secret Street Crew for the first time. Ahh, I could not take my eyes off the show and him. Man, he is so confident and handsome and tall. He is Awesome! Now I will tell you why he and Secret Street Crew is awesome...

Google: Ashley's SSC

Ashley is an English street dance and choreography of the dance group Diversity who won Britain's Got Talent in 2009. That's not the climax of it...

In Ashley's Secret Street Crew, he wants to show the world that English people can dance too. He did his homework. He walks the talks because he is showing us that, nothing is impossible. He gives hope to the normal people who wants to dance like him.

1. Believe in yourself
One guy did not dare to "SAY HIS NAME OUT LOUD" during their warm up session. After knowing that he hardly expressed himself in front of his loved one, Ashley suggested him to sing for the intro of their dance song. That's how he began to know people loved his voice.

Another guy was single because he has no confidence. Weird because he was handsome, you know. When he participated in this reality show, his self esteem increased and he had the guts to date a girl, finally.

2. Be serious in everything
"Practice makes perfect". Practice without teamwork does not make the dance perfect.

Some of the dancers did not come for the rehearsal. They just missing in action for few sessions of the rehearsal. When they finally danced together, things became better. Everything became much better when they found time to practice dancing at home, by watching their own dance video recorded in the studio.

3. Think of solution, quick
Ashley knew things will get worsen if the team did not want to cooperate. One day, he brought the guys to the street, let them show-off their dancing skills. It was not that good because there was no teamwork. But that's how he wanted the guys to know what was their weakness and to improve!

He knew one of them has zero confidence, so he let that guy record his voice for the beginning of their dancing song. That's how this MR.GUY started to love his own voice.
